The company's innovatively developed fully immersed ultra-dielectric energy storage safety system uses ultra-dielectric water with special insulating additives as the coolant to achieve fully enclosed immersion and zero-noise operation of the energy storage package. The system establishes an intelligent temperature control-fire fighting linkage mechanism, relying on an AI millisecond-level thermal runaway monitoring algorithm to accurately capture battery anomalies. When the monitoring detects that the thermal runaway risk triggers the threshold, the high-pressure fire pump immediately starts and injects coolant into the single battery insert box. During the injection process, the coolant in the insert box quickly forms a high-pressure hydraulic barrier. On the one hand, it rapidly reduces the battery temperature through heat conduction; on the other hand, it uses liquid static pressure to suppress the diffusion of combustible gas and contact with oxygen. With a dual effect, the thermal runaway risk is firmly locked within a single insert box, building a full-process intrinsic safety protection system from early warning, suppression to isolation, ensuring the safe operation of the energy storage system.
