PACK automated production line
This production line mainly consists of several steps: automatic cell picking and feeding, sorting and stacking, polarity detection, pole cleaning, busbar assembly, busbar welding, comprehensive testing, and module hoisting and packing. It features a robot workstation, an AGV handling system, a six-axis robot arm, a high-speed chain, and specialized modules for sorting, welding, and testing, meeting the requirements for automated operation. The entire line has the function of uploading process data to the MES system and receiving data, realizing intelligent traceability and data-driven full-process management.
Through the production line's multiple sensors and on-site network, data acquisition, full-animation production, and comprehensive monitoring are achieved. On-site and cloud data double backup ensures the data traceability capability of the product's entire life cycle.
